Product Manager – Managed Services and Cloud Solutions
Responsible for the Managed Services and Cloud Solutions product category with accountability for driving product growth and other related performance targets including product profitability, customer satisfaction, and availability. Provide recommendations on the overall long term product strategy and current year product business plan, with success in the role linked to achieving both near term product performance targets as well as delivering on the long term product strategy. Develop strategic marketing plans, competitive insights, market segmentation, reporting and analysis, and new product development. Product Marketing and Management will own targeting and positioning, buyer personas, messaging and positioning.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. The Product Manager will have 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, including 2 to 3 years of experience in telecommunications or IT services. Proven ability to excel in a fast growth, dynamic and growth oriented organization. The Product Manager will be responsible for the product definition, configuration and launch of a suite of products such as Managed Security, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Hosted Exchange. Experience working with enterprise customers, internal sales engineering and sales resources to assist in the selling process.
