Notice of Rate Change
Effective July 12, 2010, First Communications will be increasing its InterState and International rates by $0.007 per minute.
This rate change does not affect call rounding for the initial minute or any additional minutes of use. The per minute rate change is effective for all calls subsequent to the effective date and is not retroactive to calls placed prior to this date.
