Residential Customer Service
The First Communications NOC provides proactive monitoring and repair for all customer circuits and services. With centers located in Pittsburgh, PA and Chicago, IL, First Communications’ NOC technicians monitor the entirety of the switching and distribution networks that our customers depend on. In the event of a customer service issue, the NOC will work with the customer, our engineering staff and any outside parties necessary until resolution of the issue is achieved. Additionally, all core services are monitored for trends and anomalies in order to identify and correct potential problems before they impact service.
NOC personnel are on duty 24/7 to respond to service issues and customer requests.
