Product Manager – Multiple Product Support

Description

Responsible for the Managed Services and Cloud Solutions product category with accountability for defining, driving product growth and other related performance targets including product profitability, customer satisfaction, and education. Provide roadmap on the overall product strategy and current-year product business plan, with success in the role linked to achieving near term performance targets, as well as delivering on the long-term product strategy.  Develop strategic marketing plans, competitive insights, market segmentation, reporting and analysis, and new product development. Product Manager will own targeting and positioning, buyer personas, messaging and overall KPI with roadmaps for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, including
  • 3+ years of experience in telecommunications and/or Managed Services.
  • Proven ability to take lead on product and drive to success through multiple methods in a fast development, dynamic and growth-oriented organization.
  • The Product Manager will be responsible for the product definition, configuration and launch of a suite of products
  • Experience working with enterprise customers, all functional teams supporting the product
  • Presentation skills must be clear, confident and accurate

  • Experience with Unified Cloud Communications Solutions
  • Experience with Managed Security Solutions
  • Experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies a plus
  • Being able to own/self-drive product development and activity measuring with specific KPI’s and key takeaways
